Breast Cancer Awareness Talk (Let's Breast Cancer Aware - Diagnosis & Treatment)

Do you know that breast cancer becomes one of the silent killers among women worldwide?
In 2018, 2 million women were diagnosed with breast cancer. What’s scarier? The number of Asian women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the next 30 years will nearly double that of everyone else. It is sad to say due to our lifestyle, family history, genetic predisposition, and the worst scenario because of a lack of education.

The good news is that most women can survive breast cancer if it’s found and treated early. A mammogram – the screening test for breast cancer – can help find breast cancer at an early stage which it’s easier to treat. Because it is the most common cancer in women in almost every country, including Malaysia, WE, Healtopedia are doing our best to educate Asian women to be aware of BREAST CANCER.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Talk is a chance to raise awareness about the importance of identifying breast cancer early. Make a difference! Spread the word about breast cancer awareness, and encourage communities, families, and individuals to get involved.

We have invited an experienced doctor, Dr. Suziah Mokhtar from Sunway Velocity Medical Centre to share about the importance of general awareness of breast cancer.
